The LogicWaves is seeking a highly motivated Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, crafting compelling proposals, and securing projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Write customized, persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and negotiate terms.
- Maintain a strong Upwork profile with regular activity and high-quality proposals.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project execution.
- Meet monthly targets for project acquisition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft compelling and customized proposals.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT services such as web development, UI/UX design, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Upwork policies and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids efficiently.
